The are SOPs and lab workbooks that will show you how to install the oracle software and create your database, set up an oracle account and run scripts on your database, master the exercises in the workbook.

In order to do the lab work you will need to have access to Oracle database engine. Possible options are:

Install Oracle database 11gR2 or Oracle12c2 on a windows personal laptop.
