Grab a sheet of paper and write down how much you want to earn as an oracle DBA.
Do not over think it, pick a number you know you deserve. It does not matter how BIG it may seem to you right now... (How much is enough for you?)
Be sure to be very specific...for example..I will like to earn $100,000.
Write down the amount NOW.
